Stream Education aims to improve STEM learning and teaching for preservice science teachers, providing a strong foundation in computer science and opening pathways to STEM careers, especially for those from underrepresented backgrounds, low-income families, and English learners.s.

We design STEM curricula and develop PHET simulations and apps that are engaging, stimulating, and challenging for preservice science teachers. Our goal is to leverage technology to create immersive STEM experiences that prepare them for their future classrooms. Additionally, through our national resource centers and collaborative research efforts, we provide guidance for STEM research and program development, ensuring that our initiatives are informed by the latest insights and best practices.
